OPENING UP
&
GROUNDING
33. My new mission in life is to disengage from my heavy, emotional baggage and to enter the world of wisdom, clarity and peace of mind.
34. I will stand in my power to wake up every morning and pursue interests that draw from my essence.
35. I am beginning to surround myself with positive people who add light to my life.
36. I am drawing on my energy to change the tone of my emotions from negative to positive.
37. I live my mission not to play the victim. I will take life by the horns and be the light in my world.
38. I am embracing my emotional centre, to reach out and help others.
39. Itâs time to acknowledge that no one is perfect, to accept myself fully and to move forward.
40. I am inviting myself to sing, dance and pray in my happy surroundings.
41. I am opening up to the universe to list the five things that I am grateful for right now.
42. I am in the process of transforming myself, by jotting down and tearing up each negative emotion that comes to mind.
43. My mission is to unearth and visualise my positive emotional thoughts, in absolute wholeness.
44. Today, I will delve into my memory, investigating which emotions can sabotage my self-worth.
45. Focusing on a distraction will postpone my pitiful thoughts until later.
46. I am accepting my emotional pain, as if it were the sad monkey on my shoulder seeking to pull me away from my lifeâs purpose.
47. I am accepting the fact that my painful, emotional patterns do not serve me.
48. Destructive emotions shall not be cherished, but overcome by love and grace towards others.
49. I aim to surround myself with only those who uplift my being.
50. From today, I will not accept negative vibes from other people.
51. My mission is to live from my heart and think from my spirit and soul.
52. I will not pass the time feeling sorry for myself. The more I strive for something, the more I will receive the things that I wish for.
53. I live my mission to see the positive and to re-direct my sad moments into doing things that make me happy.
54. I acknowledge that sometimes I may say the wrong things; I am learning to be more mindful in how I speak to others.
55. Although I am sitting in pain, I have faith that a greater good lies before me.
56. Iâm open to the idea of thinking about something happy, to distract me from activating a sad and emotional thought.
57. Disputing my sad thought, and rephrasing it positively in my mind, is a creative way of turning these thoughts into happy ones.
58. I live my mission to invite abundance into my thoughts, so I can attract more friends and loved ones around me.
59. I am starting to recognise that others, in fact, respect me; I have a pleasing personality and they are happy to deal with me.
60. I am opening up to the universe â my sins can be forgiven and my needs catered for.
